Bad Service

I was on my way to Rustenberg as i was on my honeymoon, when my car broke down, but i manged to get to Rustenberg BMW, i was then told the car had to be booked in, the service i received from the lady who books the car in was appalling, the worst ever, she never seem interested in helping me what so ever and there i was trying to get to my destination and BMW being a good brand had no cars to loan me to get to my destination which was only 20 minutes away. Cant understand that, where is going the extra mile for the customer???....the only person and what a great person she is that helped me was Rine Few, she calmed me down explained whats wrong with the car, and made every effort to get me and wife to our destination. she even made sure we were settled, asked if there is anything else she can help us with and constantly kept in touch with me. Rine Few is the best and if you ever at Rustenberg BMW ask for her, she will help you and make sure you have a back up car because they won’t loan you a car. The lady who books the cars in need to smile more, show more warmth as she is dealing with customers who keeps BMW in business, received absolutely **** service from Rustenberg BMW.
