Bad Service

Hi BMW. Today a friend made me aware of the bonnet of my car that has been spray painted and spraying was of bad quality. To the best of my knowledge i have not been involved in an accident which amounted in my car's bonnet damaged. I bought this car more than 2 years ago and i can prove beyond reasonable doubt that I have never sprayed its bonnet. To say the least i am very disappointed at BMW for selling me a car in that condition. I am a woman and won't have known of this. I feel taken advantage of...i really hope BMW will resolve this swiftly!
