Bad service

Case Nr: ********** 854. My car was repaired by Lyndhurst Auto a BMW approved repair centre. After a few months I discovered that the paint was peeling and the job was actually badly done. I made several phone calls to Lyndhurst Auto where they said they will get back to me. My bumper got scratched on the one side and I contacted my insurer ABSA IDirect. The assessor revered me to Lyndhurst Auto that changed its name in the mean time. I spoke to Nikita and Rohan. Rohan referred me to BMW South Africa as he said they must approve of the case. Since my first dealings with BMW South Africa the services was bad. My first contact was with Temoso Masemola who requested me to send him a quote from BMW and the work that was done info. After several attempts and Temoso not receiving my mails he eventually received it. He said he will call me back and never did. When I phoned BMW again it took another operator a while to notice he was not in office. I tried again later. He informed me that he is escalating the case to the technical area manager Niren Sujai. He made a commitment with me that Niren will come back to me. No news from BMW South Africa so I was forced to phone them again. They said that the manager is not available and they will leave him a message and email him when he comes in at 9 he will contact me. Nothing!!! Being frustrated I phoned again and spoke to a call agent who transfered me to Alfred Kganane. I had to explain the case again. It sounds like they lost the info that I emailed them. Alfred then said he will escalate the case to the directors office and customer services. This is so frustrating as they are not returning my calls and it cost me so much to hold on while I have to explain the case to someone else every time. They say that they are not allowed to speak to a manager. What do I do from here?
