Bad service

<p>I booked my car in for a service. They called me at 1:30 pm when I was walking into a meeting. My meeting lasted until 6pm. So my car was locked away. No follow up call was made when they realised the car was not being collected nor did they make use of the alternative number provided. I call the dealership on saturday morning, the switchboard operator tells me theres nothing they can do. WHAT ****Y SERVICE. I thought bmw prides themselves not only on their cars but on their customer service. This dealership doesn't deserve to be associated with the brand.</p>
