Bad service

Good day. About over a month and half ago i asked and send mails and called for my BMW finace to reset my password as I could not log in to check my statments. And to get a posible settlement letter. I have tried the website to reset password with no success. I called with no success and mailed as well and literally every mail i send i get a responce it can take 24 hours and it literally does. And no one is getting my problem sorted.

Very fast to take every ones money but the service after that does not exist.

All i want is for the password to be reset to what i want to be set at.
