Bad service

My name is Xolani Zikhali, I'm a customer for Supertech Pinetown. My bike was in for repairs and when they brought it back it had a funny noise. I've asked the driver to take it back because I was not going to take it with that noise.

They did take it back and check it and only to find that the valve for the exhuast was making noise. I was the one who picked up the noise the bike left the workshop with the noise. They did not bother to check it because if they have checked it they were going to pick up that noise.

After picking up the noise they were suppose to give me a quote before starting with stripping the bike which they did not. I assumed that they were fixing it because they were suppose to make sure that the bike is running smoothly.

Today I was told that I have to pay for labour. My argument is that why must I pay if I was not giving a quote and I was not given a chance to accept it.

I won't pay for this labour they talking about because they were not suppose to send the bike to me in the first place with that noise. They were suppose to check the bike....
