Bad mechanical service

The worst service I have ever received from any BMW dealership. Will not recommend them at all. Be aware when they do major mechanical replacements on your vehicle. After 54k I received a vehicle back without a front lock nut, temperature gadge fluctuating between 75 degrees and a 100. A bad sound from the front suspension driving over a speedbump. It took them 2 returns to fix the temperature which is still not 100%, the knock sound would have cost me 27k according to them that turned out to be a lose control arm,(BMW mechanic at a different branch) keep in mind the vechile only started with the knocking sound after they replaced the front shocks, how ironic. This BMW branch is by far the worst experience ever. The vehicle has been there more than 4 times and still nothing is sorted out, the lock nut is not fitted back, the temperature gadge is still showing the vehicle is running cold, Be careful.
