BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

BMW South Africa is definitely losing yet another unsatisfied customer. I purchased my BMW 320i at BMW Bedfordview and was told that should my vehicle breakdown on the road the BMW Road Assistance is very quick to respond. I called the BMW Customer Service from my car IDrive menu to be assisted by a consultant called Themba, to arrange for a rental spare tire and after waiting in the the dark with my Wife and 2 kids for almost 2 hours between Naboom Spruit and Modimolle the technician came with the wrong tire. I called back to inform Themba that the tire he had ordered was the wrong size and he then advised that he will arrange a tow truck for me and only after yet another 2 hours of waiting did the tow truck arrive to tow us while sitting in the car to the Kranskop Tollgate. I was considering purchasing the BMW X3 but would not even recommend this Company to any of my friend and Colleagues BMW South Africa
