Bad customer service at BMW Shelly Beach

Ive tried calling BMW supertech shelly beach, and tried to speak to a salesman by the name of Ronald, he ignores my calls and sends me an SMS saying he is busy and will call back which never happens, so frustrated, i have bought a vehicle through another dealership.
