BAD CUSTOMEr Service

<p>i have sent a request to BMW SA and requested for a qoute for mainatanamce plan extension it took them 3 days before the can get back to me and they told me that they cannot give me the qoute as the car is still under mainatance , i have done this last year as i was planning to buy a buy and they did give me the qoutation so i dont know what changed now.</p> <p>last week wednesday i sent an email requesting for a qouation for body cover for dents and scrathed till to date no one has called me or sent me an e-mail....BMW they are so bad .... and i own two bmw cars as of today, the question is do i still need to keep the cars? if their service is so bad.</p>
