Bad after sales services from Nothcliff Auto and dishonest behavior case ***

<p>I bought a 118i 2014 in September 2015 from Jonathan at Northcliff Auto, 2 months later when it started raining i realised there was water dripping inside the car i thought maybe i had left the sunroof open and i let it go. it rained agained in December just before i went on holiday and the same thing happened. In I got back i notified the salesman who then arranged a booking for the car and i was told the car was sorted out, 2 weeks later it rained and the same thing happened booked the car in again and they kept the car in for 2 days and was told it was sorted, in march the same thing happened i was told they would need to keep the car for about a week to figure out what might be the problem it took them a month and i had to call them back and they booked the car in and 4 days later i was told this time its sorted hardly a week it rained same thing happend and i took it there they inspected it and told me they really not sure why this is happening, long story short they have tried to fix this problem serveral times and no joy. last week i told them this is ridiculous they need to swp this car as i cant be paying all this time for a car that is in and out of the workshop with trial and error. they agreed but they didnt have the same car in stock and told me they will give me a 318 but requested that i up mu instalment by R800 or so, 2 days later they tell me about a shortfall i told them i cant be responsible for a shortfall on a factory fault it is their responsibiltiy to sort it out, a day later they come back and tell me ok no more shorrtfall but your instalment will go up by R1800 when i disagree to this, now i get a call from their service manager informing me that my car is fixed they have found the problem. I told him that cant be true 2 days ago they didnt know what was wrong now suddenly the car is fixed. i refuse to take this car back they must settle the bank and i will find anothe car</p>
