Avoid BMW Bedfordview!

This review is specifically for the BMW Bedfordview branch I booked my x5 in for a service with thier service consultant Bolai From the time I got there he was arrogant towards me and unhelpfull. When I ask for parts I am questioned on why I want it and when I asked them to check the turbi and lightbulbs (whitch usually forms part of a service) he said we will check it "if time allows". When I received the car back at the end of the day, no lights were replaced, the brakes they installed were squeeling, something was ratteling in the engin and they said they refuse to check the turbo. A day later while I was driving they car lost all its power and couldn't accelerate (this is after I paid R11 800 for what was basically an oil change ant front brake pads) when I called to tell them of the issues he immediately insenuated that it is not their fault and that I did something (to my own car) I booked it in to be checked again today and told them straight off to ONLY replace the lights and check the engin, once again I was told that I had to pay for diagnostics if the fault isn't purely at the oil filter, he waled with me to the car to prove me wrong and that nothing can be ratteling, and brought a technician along, as soon as the technician got there he treated me like I don't know what I'm talking about and even after I saw that the boost sensor was unplugged he still wasn't willing to assist. The technician also told me that it was only oil dripping on the exhaust outlet and that the turbo is fine (something they noticed and Bolai didn't tell me after I specifically asked about it) Later that day I receive a call from the technician and Bolai with a quotation to replace 4 lights for R3900!! I told them to leave it and I will collect the car as is and have it fixed by someone willing to help. When I collected my car it was dirty with brown specs covering from the front to the rear. While driving home the car rattled loudly and just as I got off the highway the rear left wheel burst with a nice straight line cut trough it in the inside (coincidence or tampering?)

I will NEVER take my vehicle there again and would strongly suggest no one does the same, unless you want to be treated like an idiot by arrogant people who think they are better than you and your car to have more repairs needed then when you brought it in.
