Autoglen BMW worst dealership in SA

If i could give a -5 I would

Worse customer experience I've ever had. Autoglen BMW has scared me forever.

The dealer principal Warren George...was the rudest unprofessional...I ve ever met. He does NOT deserve to be a Dealer principal.

We took our car for a battery problem. We insisted NOT to do a service because we previously had terrible experience in this dealership. It was written in BOLD on the job card NOT to do the service

These idiots did it...obviously just to charge under the motorplan

He was terribly rude to us...shouting at us at the top of his voice in the main reception area

I will be reporting this and I hope he is dealt with...

He treated us as if we were NOTHING

They also drove our car for 16KM TO test ...what I wonder

We will never deal with this BMW ever again...

Their ****** attitude needs to be dealt with
