Application

I went to the BMW Bedfordview dealership to buy a car on Friday. Everything went well, the sales person was very accormodating, the test drive was good. Up until I tried to the finance part. I had send all the documentation required to make an application and was told I would receive a response first thing Saturday morning. I called endlessly trying get the finance lady called Nicole only to find out that she was not in. I tried to ask who was standing in for her so I can continue with my finance transaction I was informed she did not load my details and there is nothing that could be done. I am very upset that I wasted my Saturday morning trying to get hold of the finance person only to be informed that nothing was loaded on the system. I was told that I could only be helped on Monday. My whole Saturday and weekend is spoiled due to the 11 calls I made and to be told that I cannot be helped as my details were not captured and no one could even find the details if the car that I am trying to purchase.
