Appalling customer service

the 2015 brand new Bmw320d is flawed. Their aircon unit is defective and not functioning. They dont know whats causing it, even their BMW detector doesnt pick up the faulty aircon. Do not go to the Menlyn Auto dealer.. They are completely useless.. Im yet to experience the sheer driving pleasure that is guaranteed by the BMW brand.....I can't help but feel that if I were Caucasian perhaps my complaints would have been attended to..
