Amazing Service

I thought I should just share my experience with BMW Bedfordview....I am 1st time BMW owner, I recently purchased a pre owned BMW 320i and have no clue how the service intervals work all the logistics around the brand of course, I called BMW Bedfordview and spoke to a lady whom I can't remember her name but was very very helpful on the line asked me to come through so they check the service history of the car using my key because she could not pick up anything using my VIN. I then drove to BMW Bedfordview, guys from the security guy at the gate whom greeted me with a smile and asked where I am going and I explained why I was there, he signed me in and told me where to park exactly where reception area was, upon arriving at reception I was again welcomed by another smile by the 2 ladies at reception and I explained why I was there and she then escorted me to 2 ladies who were nothing but short of amazing, the 2 ladies names are Genevieve and Ashley who took me through the entire service history of my car and asked me if I needed assistance with anything else, they were able to answer all my questions wow I was dazzled, I have not received excellent service in a while. THANK BMW I think I will be sticking to this brand going forward. The staff at BMW Bedfordview is absolutely amazing.
