Amazing service at BMW Century City

I would like to thank BMW in Century City for their amazing assistance when I drove in, in my KIA, with a flat tyre. I had been driving around at a snail's pace, panicking and looking for a garage as my car was making a very loud noise. I was stopped and directed to them by a BMW employer who was driving nearby, stopped his car, and told me my tyre was flat and to turn left into the BMW centre. When I drove into the centre a woman who worked there saw my tyre and helped me park. She immediately told me they'd sort me out and after asking if I had a bit of time, she offered me a cappuccino (twice!) and had their mechanic plug my tyre. She found out how long I could drive on the fixed tyre and refused payment. I was amazed. Thank you BMW Century City for helping me so graciously when I felt completely panic-stricken. If they treated me like that, I can only imagine the service they afford their customers.
