ALL 320i F30 has a FACTORY FAULTY BEWARE

In 2012 I bought a 320i brand new from For****s Pinetown, at 137000km later the car is not functioning. In July 2014 the car had white fumes problems and wanted a lot of oil, I took it in for repairs and they repaired as a it was under motorplan. On August 2015 it started again and stopped on the road and I had to pay R9000 out of R29000 as Fors****s acknowledged and motivated to BMW SA that was not my fault. In September towards November 2015 the car produced white non acceptable fumes when starting it and I had to pay R9000 again. On 27 November 2015 the car literally stopped again on the road and I had to tow it as it was not on a motorplan, I explained to the dealer that this mechanical failures are not my fault but I suspect a FACTORY FAULT, the dealer made me a quote of R159,000 and diagnosis of R9000. I told them to send the quote to BMW SA and BMW SA rejected my claim and told me the car had excessive kilometres at 137000km and not on motorplan.<br> <br> My question is, is BMW cars only good from 0km t0 100,000km thereafter they are s****s? I cant be committing to a R450,000.00 car and be happy with such mechanical failures which I strongly beleive are FACTORY FAULTS. ***
