ALarm system not functional

Good morning<br> <br> I am BMW 120d driver that I bought through BMW finance at Klerksdorp in 2013. My car has been serviced at BMW dealership as its still under service plan. I never complained about their service as all was an excellent service I always got.<br> <br> <br> on the 14th October 2015 around 11 am, my car was park at our office premises and locked as I always do, the front right window was broken into and my wallet and cell phone were taken. <br> <br> My complain is the fact that my cars alarm system failed to function/react while the car was broken into. I realised when the police enquired about the alarm system. prior this unfortunate event I never experienced such. after the whole ordeal I tested the alarm system and realised its not functioning. <br> <br> As I am writing this I did not have a great night due to the break in and alarm system not functioning as supposed to. My insurance company. Am not feeling safe at the moment knowing that my car's alarm system is not functional. <br> <br> Alarm system could have alerted individuals around our office premises that my car was being fiddled with. <br> <br> I love the brand and cant trust its security alarm. <br> <br>
