Aircon compressor damaged after BMW Boksburg services my car

On the 12th of December, I took my car in for service. After 2 weeks, I drove down to KZN and my aircon stopped working 2024 December 28th. When going to refill aircon gas, found out that the aircon compressor casing is broken. It looked like BMW had fiddled with the aircon compressor unit, on the 6th of January 2025 I took the car to the Boksburg dealership branch and they disputed the complaint of bringing the car to service yet the compressor is broken after they serviced the car.

I’m really disappointed in the dealership service as they disputing the damage they caused.
