Aggressive and threatening

<p>I encountered Wayne from BMW Rosslyn smoking in an area where he was not legally allowed to smoke and inconvinienced the public around him. When I asked him to kindly smoke somewhere else, he started swearing at me using the worst of words and phrases immaginable. He also threatened to smash my head into the wall and made multiple other aggressive threats. I had to leave because I did not feel safe.<br /><br />This is absolutely unnacceptable and BMW is getting a terrible name. I will never consider buying a BMW or any other BWM owned products if this is how there staff treats other people.</p>
