Accident damaged X5 from "BMW Approved Used"

I bought a secondhand relatively new "BMW approved used" X5 from BMW Superterch Durban South, and was promised the vehicle has not been in an accident. Only to find out later that the vehicle in fact has been in an accident and unapproved repair work has been done (Badly so). Since then, after a long story, and logging the complaint with BMW south Africa, I have been promised a replacement vehicle ~6 months ago, and nothing is happening, I am only being pacified with empty promises. It is now becoming clear that the vehicle will not be replaced, and I sit with a very expensive vehicle that is not what I have been promised from "BMW Approved Used". This is a disgrace to the great BMW brand that I have been a fan of for more than 20 years. Dealing with ************* dealerships.
