You guys continue to show just how nonchalant and dismissive your attitude toward customers really is. How do you keep people waiting for over 40 minutes on a Tuesday morning — simply to drop them back to their base after bringing their car in for a service?

It’s unprofessional, it’s disrespectful, and it speaks volumes about how little regard you have for the people who keep your business running.

But it’s fine. We moved on from the brand a long time ago. This just confirms we made the right decision.
