a brand with no service

I must say I am very disappointed with BMW... my husband loves it, bit the service has always been so ****py. last year they serviced the car... told him that they will call him back when a part came. then we called at LEAST 4 TIMES, a few times the consultant was off ... and they would call back - BUT NEVER DID

Then, I called last week for my next service, and they promise to call back and DONT... WHAT A MESS OF AN APPARENT GOOD BRAND
