3weeks trying to take up insurance - NO DELIVERY

BMW SA INSURANCE DIVISION<br> So in short last year i called BMW SA INSURANCE to get a quote that was done promptly, sadly i couldn't take the offer on time as it was too late to cancel my current insurer (this was about Oct /Nov 2015).
