3 SERIES SMOKING PROBLEM

I have 2012 BMW f30 320i that went in about a month ago to Cedar Aisle, due to the vehicle smoking during start up in the mornings, the problem has now recurred. I just spoke to a service advisor from Cedar Ailse auto to arrange a booking for my vehicle once they have a courtesy vehicle available, as I was inconvenienced for more than a week the previous time, I was told that there is a new policy regarding the courtesy vehicle and she will only be able to assist once the car has been diagnosed or with them for more than 24 hours, I find this unacceptable as the this is a factory fault and they had the vehicle for more than a week for the exact same problem. This is absolutely inconvenient as I utilise the vehicle daily for business. I am extremely disappointed with both the product and after sales service.
