2015 S1000RR problems & bad after sales service

Hi,<br> <br> I bought a new S1000RR in Jan 2015 at BMW Donfords Stellenbosch.<br> A week ago with 3000km on the clock, the motorcycle broke down. Up to today BMW Motorrad Stellenbosh cant give me an answer nor do they get back to me. If i dont call them i dont get feedback.<br> <br> Considering the amount of money the motorcycle cost, they cant even offer me a courtesy motorcycle.<br> <br>
