very poor service

my car is there for a minor repair; we are on day 6 only updates i have received thus far is going to painting then going to polishing and again back to painting, wonder if they are ***********. i phoned this morning because i need to hand back my rental vehicle today as they said it would take 6 days, i've been put through to 7 different people non who answered the phone, from the progress lady to the office manager. i need answers and i am not getting them. i phoned my insurers and they would call me back.
