My bike broke down in the middle of Cape Town... I barely made it to Donford BMW CTown.... They were increadibly busy but as I walked in they Acknowledged me ( Shaun and Mitch) gave me peace of mind that they can and will assist.... made me comfortable got through the crunch and then gave me 110%

They were so concerned about my situation as they could see I was so concerend and even though they are a business they were so focused on me as a person and getting me home safely

Piet who was assigned to my bike was not just worried about the issue at hand he asked me everything about my bike ..... He was really interested and one can see what he is doing is his passion.....I believe Nick is his boss, he also came to me, gave me peace of mind and said dont worry we will make a plan for you and look after me with the best option they can

I was freaked out and so worried .... While the lady was cleaning the floors she came to me and asked are you ok, sitting at the revved up lounge I did not have money but the gentleman behind the counter came to me and even though i could not buy anything he made my day for just who he was the way he cared and said I am right here even if you just need a glass of water

I want to go so far as to say if you dont own a BMW go buy 1 at Donford BMW Cape Town just to experience what product, service and customer experience is all about

If I am ever in the position to do so I would give at least 7 staff member a million rand each to try and show them how they made me feel and changed my life

Thank you Lord that Micheal Mitch Shaun Nick and Piet was willing to be your hands and feet in my deepest need and for making a way where there was none
