Unacceptable business etiquette

This company set up our email domain a while back, but lately every few months our email just stops working. When you try to contact them the number doesn’t work, the emails go unanswered... it is our company’s main email address so we in turn lose business because no one can get a hold of us! Would really appreciate if they could let us know whether their details have changed etc.
