As a loyal customer of this branch for many years, I have consistently purchased meat and sausages from your store on a monthly basis. Regrettably, these products are frequently sour and unfit for consumption upon purchase. To protect my family’s health, we have had to discard these items repeatedly.

I did not raise this issue earlier as I initially assumed it was an isolated incident. However, this has become a recurring problem every month, which prompted me to formally bring it to your attention now.

I am extremely disappointed that, despite our long-standing loyalty to Checkers Bluff Towers, the quality and freshness of your meat products do not meet the basic standards expected from your brand. This is unacceptable and poses a potential health risk to consumers.

I request that you: 1. Investigate the handling, storage, and stock rotation of meat products at this branch immediately. 2. Advise on what corrective measures will be implemented to prevent this from continuing. 3. Advise on your policy for refunds or replacement of spoiled products that were sold past their acceptable quality.
