Dishonest *********s fooling innocent clients

I went to Bluff Towers yesterday and was accosted by people at a shoe shine. They are very pushy and forcefully insisted on giving us a free shoe shine. When i asked them if if will be for both shoes, they said yes. After they finished one shoes, they asked for R40 to do the other shoes. This is very annoying and a nasty trick to play of customers. I had to walk around with one shiny shoe and one grumpy looking shoe! We trust the management of these malls to only allow honest traders, but it looks like they don't care what their tenants do as long as they pay some rent. I'm very upset because it was very embarrassing in public and I felt humiliated.
