Bluenet (Telkom) Cell C .. NO DELIVERY .. NO SERVICE .. NO CUSTOMER CARE
I app**** for Telkom data package on line, then received a response from Bluenet that they can offer me a package through Cell C. After waiting a month for delivery, the router finally got delivered. Only to find out that no number was provided by Cell C. I cannot contact them on 084135 from another provider. The connection has been LIMITED. So why would I want to go into a contract with a provider that cannot deliver???????? Does customer service not exist in the country anymore. Why do I have to run to Hello Peter before something is done or you're able to connect with Cell C???? This must be the most pathetic service I have every received. So people beware before you join.
