Shop sells counterfeit goods as original

I recently purchased a replacement battery for my Samsung phone, after being told it was an original Samsung spare.<br> Within the first 6 hours of use my phone began to display a \battery not connected"error.<br> On taking a closer look at the battery and checking 'how to' on the Internet I determined that the battery was a counterfeit.<br> When I went back to the store to challenged them on this they openly admitted that it was not an original and told me a did not ask!<br> This sort of dishonesty amounts to nothing more than theft and may customers are being deceived into thinking they are buying original good when they are not. I only wish there was some means to bring them to book but unfortunately I am not sure what more I can do other than warn people not to deal with such *****ed operators."""
