DISGRACEFUL SERVICE

my husband bought me a Hocco speaker for r650 for my birthday at Hillcrest Corner! firstly the first 1 he bought was faulty wouldn't keep charge, i was very disappointed as this was my birthday gift, now the replacement 1 has lasted 3weeks and is now not keeping charge!! they have the audacity to say we have damaged the charging port ****rue) they refuse to refund us or exchange the speaker!! it has a 6month warranty they argued with my Husband, very rude humans in that place, this speaker is not cheap and now we have been told there is nothing they can do they refuse to help!!! i think this is absolutely disgraceful! the Consumer protection Act means nothing to this Business!
