I want to express my disappointment with Blueberry Cellular in Hillcrest, where I've been a loyal customer since they opened their doors. Over the years, I've purchased cellphone accessories and had several phones repaired at the Hillcrest corner shopping center, and, until now, I've been satisfied with their service.

However, today marked a significant disappointment. For Christmas, I bought my son and daughter EarPods, as I've done for several birthdays and holidays in the past. Typically, the cases outlast the pods themselves, and I've been content with the longevity I've experienced.

This year, after only 25 days of use, the lid of the charging case hinge broke without any rough handling or impact. Assuming it was a manufacturing defect, I expected a straightforward exchange. To my surprise, I was informed that it was considered normal wear and tear, and replacement wasn't an option.

I pointed out that I have EarPod cases that are two years old, and their lids are still intact despite regular use. I even offered to pay for an upgrade, only to be told that the ones I purchased were already the top of the range. This response left me even more disappointed.

To clarify, I purchased what I believed to be the best EarPods Blueberry Cellular offers, and they broke within four weeks. Despite this, they refused to exchange them. Blueberry Cellular of Hillcrest, you have let yourselves down.
