******** Deductions from my account

I have been using this service for awhile now. We had an outstanding balance of R50 , we loaded R100 they took their outstanding balance and did not allow us to take another credit, there after we loaded electricity they ********ly took that money, I loaded electricity once again and they took another R50, everytime I load electricity they are taking it. I have reported this to their whatsapp group and I keep on getting a response that they are working on it and a ticket has been logged however the response I'm getting seems to be automated. There's no contact number to speak to anyone , there's no customer service email address, the email address I received from their whatsapp response was incorrect. Can someone please assist me. This is such pathetic service really.
