13 March 2015 I app**** for an LTE Router offered to me by Marista Swart (a Telkom agent or so I thought, in fact she was an agent for Blue Tech Retail). 23 March I decided not to take the router and cancelled before delivery. 30 April 2015, I app**** for an increased package and the LTE Router was delivered and signed for on 7 May 2015. A month later I went into a Telkom Mobile store to take out a contract, only to find that I had been billed for 2 x LTE Routers! It took months to get it cancelled, then Telkom slapped me with TERMINATION PENALTY of R1961.67, I refuse to pay this! DO NOT DEAL WITH BLUE TECH RETAIL. Show me a signed delivery document!! They can't! It's *****, they are submitting applications without delivery of the product!
