WORST SECURITY COMPANY EVER

Worst Security Company EVER!!! It is not fair at all as An entire year I was paying for response to wait at my gate . I sent You the email to send to your Directors to process the refund for the months I been paying honestly for response to not even come to my house and pitching up here an hour late because they are waiting at the main complex gate for someone to open .Apparently getting access to people property is not their concern and their sales representatives lie about this and having access to gate . Also I’m not even a year with them and the backup battery doesn’t work when we get Loadshedding. I asked for help regarding this and it’s been one month and no one has gotten back to me with feedback . I also had a technical fault and over the phone they advised me they will not charge me as it’s a fault on their side yet they charged me R525.66.. Please attend to this urgently as I am paying for a service for response to wait at my complex gate for the past year .Also Debit orders get reversed then they charge us R65 reversal fee yet the problem was on their side. Worst company ever .
