What is happening with Blue security service

I asked that a technition be asigned to come and access some issues we are having at my property.

If done this twice nkw with ref numbers that its been logged yet no one has made any arrangements with me to come and attend to this issue.

I am working abroad and not at home and wount be home for some time and i stipelated that in my request. Also work odd hours and not always available to take calls.

Suposed to be there to help when needed but clearly not.

I hope on this portal someone will atleast make some effort to get something done.
