What are we paying for?
Days with a faulty alarm, multiple promises of a technician to come the next day.. nothing!!! Nothing short of APPALLING (lack of) service.
And to ads insult to injury - when our 2nd alarm goes off - response car takes longer than it should- thankfully it was a false alarm but if someone was breaking in they could have cleaned us out and been half way to ****** China!!
