Well done Lorenzo
After a rather not nice incident I would like to thank Lorenzo from Blue Control Room for having the decency to call me and assist me with my complaint and for calming me down and retaining me as a client. He went out of his way to organise extra patrols for me for the next few nights. Thank you Lorenzo :)
