Useless Blue Security Accounts Dept

As an alarm/response company, they are rather good... BUT they need to sort out their accounts department! They ******ed up their debit order in the first few months and we have been paying EFT since, and now we had a problem and they sent a very competent techie out. He reported a fault in the initial installation and said no charge. We did not sign anything! Now they want us to pay R270???? What a useless bunch.
