Total incompetence from blue security 0 stars

I have been a customer of this company for 20 years. Last year April my alarm system started giving problems. Technical department came out and changed some sensors. Still didn't work. Team 2 came out. Changed wiring. Still didn't work. Team 3 came out. It's my main box. 1500r later. Lo and behold. Still didn't work. Team 4. Run diagnostic. Still didn't work. Team 5. Sensor on front door is the problem. Still didn't work team 6. This time with a manager. Nope still don't work. It's been over a year without an alarm. But my bill comes promptly every month. 4 appointments have not been met by the technical team. Days I took off work. I have asked them to bring my old box back. It's clearly not the problem. I'm totally disgusted in the service from blue. Pay back my wasted money. A year to pay for services not rendered is enough. Useless company
