Terrible service
<p><HTML><META HTTP-EQUIV="content-type" CONTENT="text/html;ch****t=utf-8"></p> <p><P>My alarm sysytem recently started malfunction at abt 20h30 at</p> <p>night..continously go off.numerous calls from call centre and all they were</p> <p>interested in was my challenge code .eventually at 23h00 i insisted on them</p> <p>calling out a technician,technician came out at midnight and put off the panic</p> <p>button that was triggering off the alarm system.That was two weeks ago.To date</p> <p>they have not re activated the panic buttons or fixed my alarm system.I have</p> <p>been advised my neighbours to switch over to their alarm company for better</p> <p>service.What am i paying for.Numerous call for director to contact us as been</p> <p>to no available</p>
