Terrible blue
Poor. I think blue is profoundly unable to service the needs of their customers. Service is appalling. Follow up is protracted and irritating. Blue is more interested in fleecing their customers than keeping us “safe”!

10 Jun 2019, 16:29At the end of another day . The issue is still unresolved after 3 phone calls, much time, more promises- I suspect blue is oversubscribed, understaffed or just inefficient.
