Stay away from Blue Security. Read the reviews, technical department is run by a bunch of *****s. So far I have met about 3 technicians who have been able to solve issues I have had. But gosh, most of them just mumble garbage at you, I wonder if they are even qualified. It seems they use the same modus operandi on all the clients. A guy came to quote for electric fence, didn't have pen, paper, just came and looked and left. The quote I received made me wonder where he thumbsucked the numbers from. I got hold of Watchdog to do my electric fence instead (I highly recommend them) and he linked the fence to my solar. The only reason I am still with Blue is because of the customer service and response time - that is their saving grace. Another tech came to my place for an hour, did nothing and left. After about 6 hours my battery died and when I called him at 17:00 to ask him why I was still having a problem, he rudely said I shouldn't call him after hours and cut the call on me!!!!!! That's the type of people they have working there!
