Shocking response time

Today it took blue security (Morningside, Durban) 40+ minutes to respond to a PANIC BUTTON!!! Yes you heard right. 40 minutes!!! They blamed loadshedding, which has been paused for the whole country til tomorrow. What a lie! They are *********** and refuse to take responsibility. They are using loadshedding as the excuse every time now. Please don't put your family's safety at risk with this company, it gives you a FALSE SENSE OF SECURITY.
