Shocking lack of service

Blue security company has been a absolute nightmare. I had to upgrade as my system was apparently old yet I have been with them for 9 years. We had a brake in, so needed to add more security. What a nightmare the new alarm kept going off at all random hours for 2 weeks now. From 1 zone to another, excuse is loadsheding, geckos, thunder, lighting, maybe faulty wire??? Yet it was in stalled new. I am at my wits end as they have no regard to sort this problem out, I have emailed them non stop numerous phone calls to no avail. This is shocking, yet my monthly premium had to be upped and I needed to purchase a new alarm system. We had no issues for 9 years with the previous unit. I Wil not recommend anyone to use blue as they have empty promises and no regard for long standing clients. I pay for protection yet I get none of it. I am out of pocket faulty alarm putting my neighbors in a state. As the alarm goes off randomly is it a intruder or not. I had no sleep for 2 weeks as this is still not resolved. Empty promises.
