Service that i will not recomand to anyone

<p>late last year or early this year we had an alarm system fitted in, blue security quoted an amount of R 4000 to R5000.00 for the alarm system, after installation of the alarm system about 2 to 3 months later the house was broken into and goods was ****** for the amount of R 30000.00 the sensors in the room did not pick up immediatley we have informed blue security about it and they have changed it and still charged for it including beams total cost is R 20 000.00 which is madness as paying for quality that doesnt match their service or their name...the loss of ****** goods was because of their stupidity on not fitting proper equipment yet we leaving our saftey in the hands of this security company...i appreciate them coming out when the alarm comes on but i dont appreciate them hitting my dogs my dogs nose bleed as one of the armed response guys hit the dog. i also have an issue with the debit orders being made on my account there is no communication as to what amounts are going to come off my account they just go ahead and debit when they want too with whatever amount they need....is this what you call customer service and treating clients fairly i want this security system sorted out asap as there is still a zone thats beaping everyday all day and we have to bypass it and still waiting for the guys to come out this is becoming fraustrating and time consuming and even scary to sleep at night....YOUR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE i am not satisfied with your company products and services</p>
